When asked to return money considering all these issues. Person there called Arvind behaves so adamant that by no means the money will be returned until taken to police station.
Still deducts 1000 per night for a useless room and for useless food(probably served to prisoners).
Hopeless staff and services.
Never stay here!!!
Owner Arvind such a clumsy personality and greedy guy. Did not returned my money and behaved like a irritated and greedy pycho guy for money. Please don't stay here. And he is not at all a man of his words.
extremely unprofessional and pathetic service..no room service..they just say room service will be available but no-one came for 2 days..the room and washroom was already veryyyy dirty...when asked to change the bedsheet and blanket as it was extremely dirty they didn't had the stock.. bedsheets were hell dirty... unbelievably unprofessional... no outside food allowed but they deliver horrible food that is not even worth of the price.. unreasonable pricing for everything and too much delay in delivery..we had to follow up twice to get the food..they do not even inform cx if the food is not available..when we call back to check the status they simply say the item is not available..after waiting for 30 40 minutes they say food is not available and take another 30 minutes to deliver next order.. unbelievable behaviour of our fellow guests..they were shouting and creating disturbance till 4 am..not at all a standard hotel for decent people..never recommend to anyone ever.
Worst bedsheets ever, shabby place..after asking three times about the bedsheets. They always comes with dirty bed sheets. Very rude staff. Their is no oyo or any hoarding of the hotel name. Very hard to find this place. Reception doesn't pick up Phone
We really like the place and food as well! Stayed there only once but will again! Breakfast was too yummy. Nice hospitality, great rooms, great food!!
I stayed there for 3 nights, service is pathetic, actually they never care about your stay,they will provide you the breakfast that too very late,after taking many follow-ups they will offer you the food, This stay was very pathetic and dull, I would never recommend someone to book this palce as they have PG Stays here aswell,they will never care about your stay.
