Bedroom is quite fine but the stay in overall was unhappy. Dirty locality, a scary place to be with family, mosquito larvas in bathrooms tap water. Unhygienic environment. And the receptionist asked for extra payment although we prepaid the full amount through Oyo.
We booked hotel for two persons however without telling us hotelier increased no of occupants to 4 to charge us more charged us in cash. Despite repeated requests he was adamant and threatened us at the midnight hour that we'll not allow to stay if don't pay us as per said price.
Booked & paid through Oyo, but when arrived they denied check-in because they no more allow Oyo pre paid bookings it seems and I had to take pay again and book. And the room was clean in first glimpse but I realised they put all the waste under the bed and covered it while checking...felt disgusting...please avoid this property.
Worst hotel ever. The room I got was in the worst condition. The bedsheets, blanket were very dirty. They changed the sheets on asking, but when I entered the bathroom, there were no tap heads to open the taps. I asked to give me another room but they didn't give me one. Since my stay was only for a night, I didn't bother much. When it comes to water and cutlery, this is the most expensive hotel. They charged Rs.10 for a plastic spoon and Rs. 30 for something that was supposed to be mineral water (not bisleri).
If i had to give some hotel no star this would be the faculty one. Worst hotel experience ever. The hotel is not what it's shown in Oyo and it's in a gali in Paharganj. Even the the name's not right it's "PG Continental". No proper room service. We were 4 people in two separate rooms still they provided only one set of towels for each room. Would not recommend it ever again.
I booked an ac room in 850/- but when i checked in the ac was not working due to power cut. No need to book this hotel online rooms are empty so come directly it will be convenient and cheap also. Cleanliness is okay staff is okay no issues.
