Capital O 22319 Hotel Prem Bandhan - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

First of all we had booked this hotel online for 750rs and when we reached the hotel at the time of check in the hotel person said online bookings are closed. You will need to pay 1300rs here on the spot and get new room booked. They said with 750rs online booking it is very difficult to manage everything at the hotel. At the first place, they shouldn't have approved the online booking only, still they approved it and then created issues at the time of check in. After taking charges as per their standards, they should have give people proper facilities and also make sure that there are no problems faced by the customer. At first we were given a room on 2nd floor which was like the last room on the floor(corner of the corridor). It was hot as hell with the AC not working. The room walls were also very hot.In the washroom there were used baby diapers and they were stinking like anything. Later on complaining multiple times, they changed our room. In the other room given, the bathroom flush was not working also the AC cooling was not proper. Later after few hours there were red ants on the bed all of sudden and we could not rest because of it. Food was decent. Overall it was a very unpleasant stay and I would recommend people to go for other hotel options.

I don't have words to express how great their services were.The staff behaviour was excellent, after having a worst and pathetic experience from mayank resort which i think should be removed from oyo and a case should be registered against them in police regarding illegal extortion of money from their customers. We booked hotel prem bandhan and reached the hotel. The next day even after our check out the hotel took extra efforts and provided us with the best food available. It was a great family get together and thanks to hotel prem bandhan for making our indore trip memorable one. Will surely book it again whenever i travel to indore.

Not maintained properly. In bathroom gyset leakage is there. AC is not good. It will not get cool even if you put it on 16 degree. Worst experience.

Had a great time with my family at this hotel. Wonderful family get together, The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive they went extra mile to help us. Great family hotel and wonderful staff.

Hotel is decent for day use (for which I was there).... Only plumbing needs to be looked in as there was leakage in bathroom (to control water wastage)... Rest everything was perfect

Not a well maintained place. One of nights during my stay complete night it was power cut. They were not able to provide power and it was a hit night and without ventilation in AC room. Food is very bad and no choices

I booked this hotel at 760 rs online on mmt and they don't allow me to check in..... With very ignorant man seating in reception table ...forced me to cancel....so embarrassing I didn't stay there ...and i suggest others to find some gr8 hotel there are so much oyos in same locality
