Had come to Bangalore for a training visit back in November 2022, where a room was allotted to me by the company in contact with me. Have to say, the hospitality provided here was really cherishing and the staff were also very kind. In addition to that, the design of the given hotel rooms were also very modern and eye-catching, with the hotel situated next to the workplace i was scheduled to arrive. Overall, it was a great experience ranging from the luxury of the rooms to the attitude of the staff, one which will remain in my memory for a very long time.

It's was excellent service and they maintained room with good hospitality. I was doubtful about previous reviews, but now it's wonderful experience.excellent ambiance and morning breakfast are simply wow.

Bad hotel, bad service, old mattresses, not cleaned bathrooms, rude management... this is good for 25% of tariff what they charge.

It was really excellent everything was up to date its hospitality is really best. Morning breakfast was also awesome it taste amazing. I would recommend this hotel luxury experience with economic price. Among all one more best part is it is in the heart of the city n getting such a good hotel in the locality is really not possible.

The hotel is located very close to MG Road and close to the Shivaji Nagar bus terminus. The rooms are new as is the hotel itself. The room rates vary and I got one for Rs. 2500. There are no different types of rooms. While the service is responsive, the maintenance can be improved. Breakfast is included and was good enough. It's recommended to go early to get better tasting tea. Overall, the hotel is good.

Location is very nice... Just walkable distance from shivaji nagar bus stand... Rooms are modern... But had challenge with the cleaning... Stayed for 5 nights and my room was cleaned only twice after requests .. towel , water bottles not placed... Also they change linen only on insisting....wifi wasn't good and kept dropping off...

It is a wonderful property to stay. Came to bangalore for business visit , took phoenix hotel and resort as an option to stay until i get a good property, but experiencing such an amazing hospitality i have extended my stay to 10days from the day of checking . Manik Patra and Malini at the reception made sure that we get homely feel to stay at the property. The house keeping is so prompt and organised . The food is brilliant. Wonderful experience to stay. Value for money

Had stayed in this hotel for 2 days.. First the rooms weren't clean.. there was a rat in the AC vent which we complained to hotel staff but they neglected it.. they were not serious at all.. toiletries weren't given as well.. entire room was dusty! Not a good experience staying here at all! Pathetic!
