Extremely disappointed. Booked through oyo - 1 room for 3 guests. It was midnight. The guy in the reception was so rude for having woken him up. I said I wanted to see the room before checking in. He said you have come now at this time and you want to see the room too? Then upon finally checking in, I asked for an extra bed for the 3rd guest as per booking. He refused. He said that don't have any extra bed again referring to the time as 2 AM. (It was actually only 00:30). I said people come to hotel and usually sleep at night so why is it an issue asking for extra bed at the time of check in whatever time it is. So finally at 1 am at night, I am having to shift to another hotel. I'm never going to come back to this hotel. Totally spoiled my stay.
Had done advance booking and paid full amount then also at mid night property denied check in, saying we have booking over the limit.
Worst experience of the life, I was with family but had to search other property at mid night 1.00am.
Hotel staff asked for extra money for the AC room. The room only has a single light. Lobby lights not working.It was good. Hotel staff is good but they asked extra money for giving room what mentioned . Also gave 1000Rs as a deposit amount.
Worst services, the reception guy denies the availability of the room which is pre-booked and seeks extra charges for another room. Poor service, still requests every time for tips without our concern.
Not worth to stay even single day, TV won't work, landline won't work to call reception, the worst part is there is an emergency number backside of door, when I called they disconnected by saying wrong number.
I won't recommend this at all.
Extremely bad service. Online price is showing 500 on OYO when booked they asked me for 1200 for a day. What the hell is this going on in every OYO hotels in Hyderabad. They are directly denying check in for online booking don't know how OYO is tolerating these hotels on cost of compromising customers credibility. Pathetic Service. No room cleaning. No water provided. Nothing like hotel. Its dharamshala.
They really need to improve on room quality and cleanliness. TV was there but not working. Asked for the same to the reception but didn't come at all. The bathroom wasn't clean. Wifi quality was good and AC was working fine.
No complimentary water bottles.
Property manager modified room occupancy and increased tarrif without intimation.
They gave 1 towel for 2 person check-in and when asked put blame on delayed laundry, had to convince the manager and get additional towel. Very poor hospitality management skills. No breakfast facility in property.
