We stayed here from 24th-28th July 2023, The rooms are awesome & the staff is super cool, Only con I would like to highlight is the connectivity from the the Puri central beach, It's far and the roads in front of it is broken, if you have your own vehicle then it's a prime hotel to stay in, The food they provide through their restaurant is very tasty and hygiene is their top priority.

Poor services and not professional. They don't know even to share tax invoice after getting payment. They just trying you go away from this guest house and we will share the tax invoice. But it's crossed 4 day with 5/6 time reminder to them but they saying we are doing and no action yet. Second thing bed is small size. Not recommend for 2+1 child family.
Staff behaved very badly after checkout. Firstly when i asked they were accepting 2000 rs paper money then i paid the bill in cash. When i asked for the bill they didn't provide the bill while checkout, they promised that it will send to the mail. After an hour the hotel staff called and said that they can't take the 2000 rs paper money and refused the payment and misbehaved so much. Put allegations of doing cheating with them.
Its very bad experience because before payment i have asked them about the currency and they accept at that time then why they refuse after a hour. I'm at airport for my flight and they misbehaved and ask me to come back for payment.
After this i have checked there review on google and found that they do this with every one and didn't provide the bill and don't pay taxes and they are doing frauds.
Very good hotel....... And manager Madhu Babu is very good person...... I like him.....
I regularly visited puri from balasore and this time we stay in this hotel on 28th and 29th according to accommodation and room service we gave him 5 star.
This hotel is very nice. The staff is excellent. Food quality is very good. Homely atmosphere. Room service is quick. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

Our experience was very pleasant. The hotel rooms are very clean and the service is excellent. The restaurant food taste and quality is also great. Overall the staffs are very courteous and helpful which made our staying experience memorable.
The hotel is located on VIP road easily accessible with autos and nearby temple and beach as well.

The stay in Puri has been so good. I was overwhelmed by the service, the hospitality of the staff. The food served here is the highlight as they will serve you food which is smoking hot, with less oil and amazing taste.

Nice rooms with good service. Food is nice. Beach is very close and not very crowded. A little pricey but overall satisfied. Elevator would have been nice though but wifi is there.
