I recently had the pleasure of hosting an event at RPR Residency, and I must say that the overall experience was quite impressive. From the impeccable hall maintenance to the delightful food, RPR Residency proved to be an excellent choice for our gathering. The chairs were arranged neatly, and the table settings were elegant, creating a visually appealing atmosphere that added to the overall ambiance of our event. One of the highlights of our experience at RPR Residency was the quality of the food. The catering service provided an extensive menu with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Whether it was appetizers, main courses, or desserts, each dish was prepared to perfection. The flavours were exquisite, and the presentation was equally impressive. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the delectable cuisine, which certainly made our event a memorable one. The staff at RPR Residency also deserves a special mention. Mr. Nithyananda were courteous, attentive, and professional throughout the event. They ensured that everything ran smoothly and that our guests were well taken care of. Their dedication and commitment to providing top-notch service were evident in every interaction. While RPR Residency exceeded our expectations in many aspects, there is always room for improvement. Enhancing room hygiene through more frequent cleaning and odor control, Improving the efficiency and cooling capacity of the room's air conditioning system is essential for a more comfortable stay and it's worth noting that no concessions were offered in the price. In conclusion, RPR Residency is a banquet hall that stands out for its impeccable maintenance and delectable food. It provided the perfect backdrop for our event, and we received numerous compliments from our guests. I would highly recommend RPR Residency to anyone in search of a venue for their special occasions, and I look forward to the opportunity to host another event there in the future.

If there was -1 star i would have selected that. A week back I had my engagement there. The rooms were nasty, decoration was hideous, no proper switch to operate fans and A/C, A lot of electricity cut and the last but not the least.. They DO NOT provide one single extra portion if the guest asks. The manager Nithyanadham is the most irresponsible and does not take accountability for this. Normal whenever wherever you give count for an event the cantering service provider will do +10 or 20 portion extra to avoid these awkward embarrassment or will provide and ask for payment later during settlement. The manager Nithyanadham simply says that they do not provide extra for guests because the count says so. It's an event.. the count could have been more or might have been less. If there were less people than the count will the management gives that extra food to us ? No. I was the bride and someone from another event used my room's restroom saying that it was not clean. I was baffled for a second. Should I feel terrible for her ? Or should I have to be angry on the management and shout? Or should I be an actual bride at that time? UNPROFESSIONAL. I highly recommend not to have any event there.

Went for a reception. No car parking space. Lift was old and obsolete. Not at all maintained. Lift can accommodate only 4. Food was not taken by us. Two halls are there and space crunch

A quiet place. Rooms are very spacious but not very clean. Situated in the heart of the city, easily accessible from the main road. Accepts cash and digital payments. Bottled water it is charged. 24 hour check in check out. No restaurant is there. Breakfast is free from a partner restaurant. Free parking spaces is available. An old building.

Top worst management ever.... They will strictly switch on the Air-conditioner for party hall on 6pm and they will off it by 10pm sharply they can't even wait for the functions to be finished. And comes mainly for food... at the time of booking we have said some head count for food and they said they will manage if it exceeds of 30count also... Actually what happen is they stopped the dinning on the exact number what we said initially and they can't even provided that excess of 30count... and comes the stage decorations heavy budget for plastic flowers decorations... I don't even want to give this single star also..that much irresponsible staffs are working there

Attended a meeting organised by an association in which I am a member. I didn't use any other services. Hence, I am not able to comment. The meeting hall can accommodate 100 persons.

The behavior of the staff was good. AC, TV, comfortable bed, wifi connection, free breakfast and water. The room was clean, tidy and had everything needed. And I was satisfied with their service.
