We had premium room. It was good but cleaniness was not so good. Especially the phone. We didn't feel to touch it. Well lit room but view from room was not good. Near to famous 56 shops so lot of options to explore in food. Staff was very good and cordial. No proper desk to work on laptop so not recommended for business purposes.
Good hotel, best part is location - Just besides most famous "Chhappan Dukan" so dont worry of snacks.... Other eating points - famous "Nafees" if you love non veg is at walking distance. Complimentary breakfast is also good. Neat and clean hotel, suitable for family stay. Beds are comfortable. Hygiene standards are maintained. Rooms are a bit small in size but overall nice hotel. The hotel is located at a very spot on location of 56 dukan/bazar. The streets are very busy here. The hotel has a limited parking space. The deluxe rooms are unequal in size. The queen bed rooms in deluxe category is so small that one can barely stand apart from sleeping on the bed. The twin bed room is a bit comfortable. The washroom stink in between and the staff has no resolution apart from spraying the room freshener. The lunch provided was okay. They provide thali. But they provided us post 1 hr appx of asking the same. The breakfast is not the worth. All chilled breakfast. The taste is below average. Not a recommended option. The room comfort and the washroom which kept on stinking.
The location is best, near chappan dukan... No heater in the room, so be careful.. Overall was good.. But could have been better in terms of cleanliness. Please change the beddings, the least you could do..
Nice place to stay. near the Chappan dukan area. complimentary breakfast is good and fresh. You can also try lunch and dinner here at restaurant, they provide variety or visit 56 dukan. clean rooms and Washroom is clean with proper bins and toiletries. Helpful staff. only need to improve service speed.
