Location is very good. Bed is nice. But the hotel is new so they lack in many areas such as service is poor (they took 1.5 hour to provide us with the tea), no pins to hang clothes behind doors moreover no chairs are available in the room so one has to keep their clothes in the bathroom or back of the bed. RO is there but no refrigerator so you will have to buy the bottles from them which will cost you Rs.20. The AC was not compatible with room so the room will be warm till 7-8 PM in summers.

Worst experience ever. It was a two night stay. There was no TV as promised in the description. The bathroom was filthy and felt like it hasn't been touched for ages. Same with the gallery, so dirty that we couldn't step into. The bed sheets were again dirty. On top of all the dirt, the door didn't have a lock. Whenever we went out, we were asked to keep the doors open and have faith that nothing will get stolen. The complimentary breakfast, served with Aloo Parantha which didn't have a hint of Aloo in it. I'd advice to stay away from this Hotel as there are better options even at lower prices.

Pathetic. Poor customer support. Once you book they will give you the worst. They don't care about customers and completely hotel oriented. Staff is con. Play tricks. Harass customers this way or that way. Located in segregated place almost in a village type area. looks like a haunted house. dirty bed sheet dirt pillow cover. floor was not even wiped properly. TV not working. No wifi. staff is rude. only bed in room. no chair no hangers in wardrobe. complete waste of money and time. They force customers to give 5 stars and play tricks to do that! And look at the owner;s response on complaints. same copy paste message to all. Stupid!

The rooms are not even close to what they show on OYO App. The pics are probably much older. Now the rooms and not so neat. Cons: - The rooms seem to be very badly maintained. Washroom doors are slide type which need greasing now. - There was no water in washrooms when we reached in afternoon. No water when we came back at night. We only got to freshen up the next day. - No mirrors in the rooms except a small mirror in washroom. - WiFi wasn't working either

Very unplanned room layout. They said they'd offer wifi but they didn't have one. The shower head and the wash basin pipe were leaking with a very smaal ineffectibe exhaust fan. Their room service was not responsive at all. They never responded to any of our requests. They were least bothered with our problems. All they cared about was the money. The pictures available online of their property are sheerly deceptive.

1.Good clean room. 2. Don't know how to treat a customer. 3. Given only 1 towel for 2 people. They said that's oyos policy. 4. Gave only one plate for 2 people. 5. Bad water coming through pipes. Only thing I felt good was... Had good greenery for a view from my window and little spacious room.

Very bad experience and the service is very poor. T. V. was not working. They force customers to give 5 stars. Everywhere dust and dirt. No dust bin & no mirror in room. I haven't slept at whole night due to mosquitos. They deposit my original Identity card and give me back till I check out. They refused complimentary breakfast that is mentioned in the booking.

Rooms not maintained well. Lots of dust and dirt in the room. Services provided were very bad. Complimentary breakfast is served very late. We asked for Khichidi for sick person and had mentioned we would pay extra for it. They said they would prepare but never gave it. People managing are very rude and unethical. Worst place to stay.
