The worst hotel ever I have visited.. the ambience is very bad..food is not good.. washrooms are not clean,smelly and not hygiene.. nothing is sanitized. everyone is negligent about the pandemic situation.. no sanitizers, mask worn by the hoteliers. It has changed its name.. we have searched for the property for half an hour.. no contact information is available about the hotel.. worst experience in my life..

One of the good hotel to stay in this central plaza and Naaz circle area. Rooms are clean and maintaining is nice. AC is making much noise but in this season didn't use much. Complementary Breakfast is good I just loved it. They do have restaurant at 2nd floor the food was good. But there were less items at that time. Hot water is available all the time. The cost of water bottle and tea area reasonable.

They took my opinion into consideration when I told them I didn't want ginger in my food. The taste of my noodles was okay but the biryani was tastier. The service was good enough. Had to wait quite some time to pay the bill which was the only negative.

There are lizards in the room and also they are forcing us to eat only there restaurant food. Most of the items are not available which are in menu and they are not allowing to order food from outside. They are deciding what I have to eat. Front office lady is very rude and asked us to go out and eat. Towels were not good. I did not see any standards of OYO here and one of the worst experience I ever had

It was an early check in but I have called and informed them regarding this but again they are charging for it - for this they are giving explanations simply saying that is oyo mistake not our mistake . Rooms are not clean Hygiene no restaurant service in the morning feel very about this only money minded not service minded .not worthy not highly recommended simply wast off biking this hotel . Only name is grand but not in their brand

Hotel was nearing place to railway station but room service too bad they are not provide any water also, evne a mug of drinking water also not provide, washroom drining hole was stuck n water stopped like pond, pillow covers n bedsheet nice but under the pillow n under the bed looks so dustu n marks too, aleegy people can't stay this place at all. Totally i gv two star only its more than enough i think so

I stayed on 11-3-19 and 12-3-19. The service is worst. Rooms were not cleaned properly. The bed sheets provided were full of stains and full of ladies hairs. Hot water was also not provided to me. It is a worst service hotel.

Best in class. Budget accomodation. Located at prime place & convenient to go anywhere like busstand, railway station, movie, shopping , exhibition , etc. Nearer to holy place of Lord Anjaneya swamy temple. Nearer to shopping mall & theatres complex D MART. Convenient parking. Attached with restaurent. Internet centres , mobile shops , ice cream parlour , juice stall are in the same complex. Better to improve environment with air spray , greenary in side building etc.
