location of the hotel is very good for business point of view, ambience is good, room and washroom is very small as compared to this price range, and there must be some room accessories like tea coffee maker, water bottle etc.
All the staff are good, elvery friendly and corteous but the ones at the reception counter inept. Will never stay in this hotel again. I booked for three (me and my two friends, 1 room). When we checkout we ask the receptionist to provide a bill that shows all the three names in the bill, he said he cannot do that untill his senior manager come in at 12 O clock. Then we ask to provide a proof that we have stayed in this hotel, again that was not granted. On the day we check in we asked for upgrad. We paid in cash for the upgradation charges of Rs.1200 for 2 nights. They said they cannot provide any receipt. No receipt was provided. No wonder they dont have many guests in this hotel.
Staffs are not so good. no one welcome you with a single smile. Specially at reception. Like they never need you as a customer, you need them as a needy parson. At the hotel online bookings are not accepted because of thier price problems. Then they should delete all online booking addvertisement over the booking sites. But no... customers always in inconvenience but they never care about it. Nothing in complementory even one bottle of water. No tea or coffee in the room. Mini fridge is totally empty. Dont book online and also I suggesting to stay another place.
Nice hotel at the one of the oldest location of Calcutta. Building is new and the facility is nicely built with highest quality of materials. Given the locality and competition rate, tariff is good.
it's a decent hotel... they don't have a kitchen yet... but soon will be starting.... quite strict about the check out though...
One of the best hotel in central Kolkata, Near by Barabazar and just 1-2 KMS from Esplanade. It's in central Rooms are awesome and Services are unforgotable. It is nearby Howrah Station and Sealdah Station. Rate of this hotel is a Budget rate but Services are more than a 3* Category hotel.
