Their service is not done as they take money, the room is very dirty and water is also not available in the washroom, the lighting is also very dirty. Adds extra service charge. I would say don't stay in this hotel , There is a better place nearby.
Hotel booking as per not expected because I booked the room via oyo app & Hotel denied to checkin yet I got some coupon discount & oyo money discount thats why Hotel Manager denied for my checkin Property Manager behaviour was not quite good told me tere jaise 365 aate h maine bola ki mai Review likhunga tum logo ke bare me although he said ki jo karna h kar le I called oyo too but oyo also not responaive at the same time Specially with this Hotel my experience more than worse as a Business trip I often visited different different places due to the Business trips but never find the difficulties like this
Don't trust this hotel i made an online payment and done my reservations when i reached their they told me they have no vacant rooms available and didn't even returned my money. I showed them the receipt but they clearly denied. I had to carry my luggage from one hotel to another in a different city where i had no idea..and then i was moneyless too.
Hotel is very good specially in Charbagh area , general cleanliness is very good, interior design of rooms is very fine. Staff is supportive they response quickly if u call them. I haven't tasted hotel's food so i can't say anything about that.

Hotel employees are talking very loudly and they are totally disturbing who are staying near reception rooms. The room is not neat and clean as per they taking the room tarrif.
