During my recent stay at a hotel, I was impressed by the remarkable hospitality provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff members were attentive and ensured that all my needs were met throughout my stay. I would like to extend my gratitude to Cathy for her outstanding service. And the food is really delicious.Her attention to detail and genuine care for the guests truly made a difference in my overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for creating a memorable stay at this exceptional hotel.

I had a great time here fr. Everything was just perfect but the only issue is that the fan was not available. Which is not a big of an issue as the climate mostly stays foggy. But , sometimes it is important. Though I loved the staff behaviour & complimentary breakfast was the best thing I had. Perks : They allow people under 18+ Smoking is allowed inside the room I stayed for 3600rs for 2 nights. 1800 each.

the rooms were net n clean n in a good location, perfect for those who want to stay away from crowded places. It will take u 30 mins normally ( if there is no traffic) to reach police bazar. the staffs were ok ok type. the kitchen staffs were very friendly. But 1thing the day we checked in they gave us the rooms 1hr late that also 1room, we have booked for four rooms n they said it very sweetly that mam sorry we r late n all that stuff...but on the day of check out we were just 15mins late n the reception staffs were rude to us not replying properly giving a disgusted look n all that... else everything was ok

sir, I think an amount of little over rupees 5100/- or more is due to you from me. Fearing renewed attack by s.pandeyIPS and his terrorist policement in rynjah police without a chargesheet, complaint or an FIR I had to flee r & r colony made mostly out of amra bangali population who are a slur on bengalee community known for nationalism and patriotism. I have lived in kolkata for 25 years at a stretch. Their behaviour in my crisis may kindly be conveyed to R and R colony welfare association. Now Ms. Asthu Didhi is blocking my phone number and is refusing to refund the advance. so also the departmental ration cooperative store is to return me 6000+ rupees in refund for returned materials and groceries. But for the police nuisance and broker-mafias I would have continued in the same residence I am a central government emplyee (retd) , brahmin, teetotaller, clean habits , widower, and vegetarian and have a clean record of conduct and public reputation needed no attestation or certification either by amra bangalee or the tiny and sparse khasi hill tribals still in embryonic stages.

The hotel is good clean the food is extremely good but a little bit delay in time for breakfast

The stay was good. The food was also great.it was good at this price.

Not a good experience - very slow wi-fi, unclean bedsheets, leaking bathroom taps, cold and flavourless tea. Overall not a happy experience. Would not stay again.

Were here for 4 days with 40 guests. Lock broken as its life was over, still staff was asking for compensation from the guests. Very rude behaviour from staff members
