Pathetic room with worst bed ever seen. Bed was so worse that I was forced to sleep on floor. Room was so so smelly that check out after only 4 hrs of stay in that room. Staff was even worse they were asking why did I make payment online and they even said just because I check in at mid night they are allotting me room or they wouldn't have allotted me room if I came in day time and they also said they won't allot me the room which I booked for weekend if I make the payment online. That's the worst hotel I ever stayed and very arrogant people. I would advise others rather sleep at bus station or railway station rather than staying at this hotel. Please never ever go to this hotel. This hotel is not even suitable for people who sleep on Street.

Good vegfood for marriage functions but no valet parking available.banquet hall staff least bothered to receive their guests and no clue where to park the cars that too on the main road. Have to park very far and then to walk...poor lift service have to wait for longer tym

This is a lodge. Not a hotel. I was given a room which was horrible. It smells as if someone has drunk all night. Then i requested to change my room. Initially they refused stating no rooms at all. But later as it is a direct booking from oyo they agreed to change. In that room ac was not working and no hot water. Even after requesting for hot water they were not much bothered. I waited for 2 hours and left with no option to cold water. There were no wardrobe even. Later in the night ac was not working. Luckily my brother booked another room and we slept there. I heard from some local people that they give rooms on hourly basis too. Not recommended for family. Only for couples who need room for one or 2 hours.

Worst service, room is not at all good and water is leaking in bathroom. When asked the same if you want room take it or else leave the hotel and the reception person went inside without providing solution. They will not accept online payment, if we do online payment they are demanding for extra 400 amount. Please don't book rooms in this hotel

Worst place to stay in ever. The rooms were dirty, sheets were stained and there wer I cockroaches running all arnd the bed.

The location is great on the main road near to many restaurants and metro. There is an expensive restaurant and wedding hall in the building. We had some expectations after seeing the clean entrance, reception and building but the room was PATHETIC. To begin with, 1. Oyo app quoted a price but it doubled as we did not make immediate payment. Additionally, we were charged for early check in. We were told there would be complimentary breakfast but it was not available on that day (Thursday). 2. The room did not have any window or ventilation. It was SUFFOCATING. 3. There was a foul smell, unclean, black dusty footprints were ever we walked. Bed was clean externally but had cockroaches everywhere (found 7 of them) 4. Hair, match sticks and cigarette buds behind the bed. 5. Bathroom was LEAKING. Taps were not connected to water pipeline. 6. We were asked to LEAVE the next day because they had wedding booking and needed rooms. Preferable for travelers who would not stay in room even for an hour.

Pathetic place. It's dormitory type hygiene. It's Oyo for a reason. Family stay a big No.
