Although owner Ranjith is humble and simple, some of his workers are very rude and non professional. Be careful they will supply you very cheap and local spares/sensors at a high rate. Once due to their carelessness, the car key been kept inside the car with all doors and windows been locked. They damaged my car very much, destroyed the front door beading and damaged paints and made scraches at various places near the driver side door. The owner assured to rectify all these when painter is available in the workshop. He informed that there was no permanent painter there, and that they will hire someone when there is requirements. He assured to rectify all the defects due to the workshop negligence when painter is made available, and returned the car with the damages. He never called me again and after several calls, he attend the call and informed that painter was not available. Even after months, he never tried to undo the damages his workshop made to my car. Also be careful about substandard parts and spares been fixed with high rates

my car broke down on my way to ponnani and I just called ford service centre nearby me and I called almost all ford service centres in Malappuram . some of them didn't attent my call and call me back on the next day . and all of them said that they can't do anything . but when I call them capital motors, they just came to the spot and from there itself fix my car and charge a reasonable price over all good experience if they were not there I don't think any one will fix my car and help me continue my journey thanks for them
