Very poor customer service and rude behaviour of personel . Customer service is very bad , giving accesories which Is not suitable for the product. Customer awareness while buying accessories is must . The tone to talk with customer is unacceptable and no proper response.
Worst mobile shop of gandhinagar,i bought one accessory and which was not adaptable to my device and I ask him for a refund or exchange,he totally denied.I would request all the customers to please think and then buy any accessories from them, They have attitude, ego,zero policy,no exchange,no refund and once you have paid for the item.Then you have lost your money and i will never ever buy or step in their shop .Cheaters,I told him that i will put your Google review and they told we don't care of such things.
