It's very good budget hotel, Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are good and food is very delicious.
Had a long stay here. Located in a good area of Fraser Road. Rooms are little small but are clean. Breakfast served was good and had a decent spread. Welcoming and helpful staff. Particulary Mr. Sushant at Front desk is always ready to help.
It's a very neat and clean hotel. The employees here are very humble and empathetic! They understand your needs and are quick, that's the best part Love the breakfast here too
Great hotel, the room service is pretty good and the food was great. The room service mistakes me for a girl through, other than that everything is pretty great. The bedsheets are dirty though and the washroom smells.
Very friendly and good staffs. Clean room and bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was good and more than sufficient. Will stay again whenever visit Patna. Early checkin rate was almost 50% of the room charge which could be lower. Otherwise everything is good. Good service and delicious coffee :)
Good hotel with one of the best service by their staff. Be it the housekeeping or receptionist, guards, restaurant staff anyone. Especially the restaurant is one of the best in terms of food, servicing and liveliness. There was a waitor Sushant, who attended to all our requests with positive smile. Quite a pleasant experience. It's on a busy road, but still some 200 mtrs away from main road. That helps in making the rooms noiseless.
Staff behaviour was good and cooperative. Food was good, better than any other nearby restaurants. There is a really nice cafe/restaurant on ground floor. Complimentary breakfast will be provided with good options and will be served properly. Most of the rooms are having some issues like water leakage, bad smell, poor/no ventilation. Rooms are small. Cleaning staffs are not trained properly. You have to ask them and keep instructing them. They don't know what they're supposed to do. You have to pay heavy amount for mineral water. TV is useless because only free channels are available here. Dirty food trays. Overall room maintenance is very bad here.
Decent place close to the airport, railway station and other amenities. The Kapil's 11 (Kapil Dev's) restaurant on the 8th floor is too crowded and noisy and the food is bland. Breakfast on the ground floor restaurant is alright. One guy who always served breakfast with a smile is Niteesh.
