Capetown Villa grey house karjat Shelu - Resort hotel in Shelu, Bandhiwali - Raigad, India

The hotel is situated in river bank area. Feels good atmosphere while entering into the Reception. Dining area and pool is very neat and clean. The Room was well maintained and the dawn in the Kids playing area is very spacious. Enjoyed lot when I was stayed for 2 days.

The pics here and the actual pics are different. Pool was unclean. We had snakes in the resort. Staff was not good. The owner was very rude. We had power cut off almost six times and owner did nothing. No care and concern for guests. Skip this property.

Horrible Absolutely avoidable. Rude host, property pictures very different from what it appears here. Very unprofessional staff. Avoid it under any cost The care takers themselves kept cursing the owners. The owner said that we broke the water purifier, he doesn't have any proof to prove that. Providing drinking water is a norm everywhere. In this case all he had was a broken water filter that never worked.

Unprofessional approach and bad customer service. Owner too rude and not concerned about guests comfort. We had snakes, frequent power cut and unclean pool. When escalated this to the owner, he didn't respond and then finally said can't help. not sure how can he be in the hospitality business with such arrogance.

Only go here If you want to stay with SNAKES, CATS, DOGS. Rooms are scattered. Property care takers are irresponsible. Pool was dirty. Property has SNAKES, without anyone to handle them. Guests have to save their life by themselves. Road to then property is in very bad condition.

Horrible experience. Snakes and insects. Lights kept on going. ac not functioning properly. Rooms in different buildings not joint together. Some rooms are shut so non operational. Owner very rude and rigid. Avoid it.

The best place to stay, it was like a Heaven. The stay was super clean and they treat you like King. The staff members were approachable and helpful. I will recommend everyone. Awesome place for families.

Go there is you wana spoil your holidays. Very rude staff. They have many hidden rules that they won't tell you and then you would get charged. They have boaring water without filter for drinking. Obviously you won't take it and then they will charge you an exorbitant price for mineral water. Overall not worth recommended
