Service is okay, but little professionalism was major missing. Recently on 23rd October I had signature facial along with haircut and beard trimming/shaping, they showed me 99/-for haircut but while billing to show me some offer counted 200 and discounted 200 instead of just saying we can give just 99/-Rs discount. This things need to be improved and they can be more polite while communicating customers. Hope to see this improvements.
Beautiful place with great ambiance love the haircut though..the sensiglow face massage is top of thi list as i have sensitive skin this is really suitable for me and i didn't suffer any breakout and alergy it was really nice.

I have been here twice and not disappointed with the service unlike many salons in the city. Very polite individuals, lil expensive though but it's all worth if you get good service. Looking forward to visit more.
Unskilled and under training staff is doing haircut and experiment on customer. Waste of money and time I experienced in this salon. Poor place to visit
I visited this place on 7th Feb. Ambience is good. Behaviour is ok. But the employees have lack of knowledge for their own offers and bifurcation. I paid 250 for upper lips, n chin threading. When I asked them for the same, they returned me 50 rupees with excuses. Such a pathetic service.
