Rooms are well maintained and good in size. However, I could spot cockroaches in a few rooms. Otherwise it's value for money experience.
Very good hotel to stay if your going as a family or solo traveller. The rooms are clean though small are good. The toilets are clean and proper ventilation is provided. All the amenities are present while check in to the room and no hazzles.

Very very Dirty, lots of insects, room not cleaned properly, dust everywhere. The staff doesn't understand the work privacy, entered the room to repair the bathroom door. We asked them to leave out room, yes they entered and cleaned the room.
