Cantonment Board General Hospital, formally named as Jagadish Chandra Bose General Hospital serves as the basic and primary health care center in Cantonment Area and its surroundings. Peaceful and coherent place to visit in Barrackpur but the ghat is actually closed all the time. Two policemen are engaged to watch over it who often sit there, made this place quite uncomfortable.
