Canoe Ville - Resort hotel in Alappuzha - Alappuzha, India

I visited this place for an engagement function the approach road towards the location was dreadful. Only 1 vehicle can go through and if another vehicle comes from opposite side you're trapped and one of us have go all the way back.

Canoe Villa was the perfect location for my daughter's first birthday party! The resort provided a beautiful and peaceful setting for our celebration. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that everything went smoothly on the day of the party. The highlight of the resort is the stunning waterfront property with a lovely view of the lake. The scenery provided a fantastic backdrop for taking photos and enjoying the beautiful outdoors.The facilities at Canoe Villa were excellent, with plenty of space for our guests to roam around and enjoy themselves. Overall, I would highly recommend Canoe Villa Resort for anyone looking for a picturesque and memorable venue for their special event. The staff were wonderful, the facilities were top-notch, and the location was simply beautiful.

Went there last week for a family function.. location is very hard to reach.. road towards the property is very small..

Great venue for a day program. The approach road is a bit narrow but once you reach the property they have good parking area. 2 rooms are available. They are a bit small but good for a couple. Day boat trips can be arranged as well. Canoes were available but didn't get the time to try it out. Breakfast was good.

##Great view with average rooms## ##Owner business mainly for event organize not like hotel/homestay## We booked cottage room(only 1 cottage here) for 3 nights to enjoy lake view. Room is small but not well maintained. mattress with big gap in middle difficult for family with baby or couples. There is no cupboard or locker in room(after owner he provided a sitting table to place our luggage. This premises is for family functions, local kereliets book here for small gathering & its best suited for gatheing as premises has lawn with punamada lake view. If you are not seeking comfort in room & want to enjoy best view of lake then book here. Road approaching to this place is narrow. Allepey market, other good resturants & jetty is 15 min drive(speed of 10km/hr). Owner behavior is good and he shared good kerela insights. If he can improve room and washroom definatly this is best homestay in allepey.

Nice place to stay, near the lakeside. The rooms are limited and small. Its good place for small gatherings and parties. They will arrange shikara/kayak for the guests. The service is good. Staffs are polite. I'd recommend the place for solo/couples

This place is more for family events. Room stay is not their primary interest. The location ia good though but we didn't have the feel-good stay here. They're more keen in the events rather than the guests. Breakfast is ok ok.

We stayed 2 days in Canoe Ville and did our wedding reception and outdoor photoshoot here.The approach road is slightly narrow..... otherwise it is one of them excellent places with a typical Kerala lake view ambience,clean rooms ,lots of parking space,indoor and outdoor space for an event which hold up to 200-250 people. Above all the pricing is reasonable and affordable for a commoner ,despite all the financial crisis going on. Amazing customer service,friendly staff and direct involvement of Mr.Jijo in every aspect and tasty traditional Kerala food served on regular basis and also the food served on events are amazing... Highly recommended place for functions upto 200-250 people and a nice peaceful stay.. .
