Really poor customer service and bad talking behaviour. Should shut down if they hire such staff. Very poor attitude towards consumer.
Extremely expensive and all Chinese products, and that too without warranty or guarantee. One can get those products anywhere else at much lower cost!!! We purchased a water bottle with temperature display...however when we asked for the warranty, the lady simply said that there is no warranty and since we're selling it for the first time, you can let us know if that is good or not :) Also the same water bottle is available at local market at less than half of the price with same quality. Not recommended at all!!!
