Had a very pleasant experience when purchasing this necklace for my daughter's 10th birthday. She loved it and it's very pretty and true to picture listed in the website. The customer care handling from Mansi and entire Candere team was excellent. They kept me informed of each stage of manufacture and the product was delivered within promised timeline. They took 26k on 14/4/23, demanded more 6k for it but didn't correct product till 02/07/23. I paid alot for bangle 2.7 size but they just keep sending 2.4size & more and more money. They try to charge your card without permission. Sagar swami, pallavi, vishal dabhale, william, candere agent agreed that they are incompetent to solve or provide any solution on sunday bcz management is unavailable. CANDERE IS SCAM..THEY CHARGE FOR 4.1GM BUT PROVIDE 3.31GM.

Thank you so much Mansi And below are the things Pros - lot of designs and budget friendly jewellery - customization is available for everything like 14k to 22 k or color of gold can be chosen, and sizes as well. - DGRP option, I think this by far the best emi option i found in all the jewelery platforms be it Bluestone, caratlane or any other. - purity, personally I got that checked from one of certified jewelery whatever is mentioned it is above that only. - easy exchange and cancel policy with teems and condition. - good customer support Cons - Delivery of product take time and you need to constantly check with them for the progress. So incase you need 1 or 2 day delivery go to other jewelery vendor in market. Rest am too happy with candere because of them am able to make my wedding jewelery through DGRP option
I got the my product, earring which I had ordered from Candyre from Kalyan Jeweller. Ashish was on leave on 6th and in place of him Tejal helped me with the product id and collected the earring on 6th September. Thank you so much for the help in absence of Aashish Tejal was a great help.

I would like to thank Mr. Abdul Ansari who worked hard to get my order completed, he paid attention to every single detail and always communicated every update.
