Cancer hospital - Hospital in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

Facility is about good but not satisfactory. Hospital is situated near saheedpath jiamau mansnagar. No other medical stores are available outside of hospital. So patient purchase medicine from hospital if there is medical stores available patient feel more comfortable because in hospital medicine are costly.

This hospital only do harassment only. My mother in law is suffering from cancer and referred from Army Command Hospital to Lucknow Cancer Institute as its ECHS empanelled but the hospital management firstly denied by saying paper work is incomplete after completing every procedure of paper work they refused by saying Army do not clear bills after doing harassment from morning 9:00Am to 5:00Pm Patient and attendant. Someone served nation for long 20 years, also served in Kargil & got medals but this he got in reverse. Shame on you Lucknow Cancer Institute.

People's time should be valued. While registering the patients name, the phone number should be noted. If the Doctor is in the OT, a message should be sent by the staff at the reception counter, of estimated time of the doctor's availability,so that patients don't have to wait for 3 hours or more.

LCI is one of the best hospital in UP. Both the Doctors and support staff are excellent. Specially Dr Vivek kr Garg and Dr karan bhatia is having very excellent domain knowledge. Infrastructure like cabin and pantry need improvement but overall hospital is good due to its Doctors and support staff.

1 star as no other option . My masi used to come to this hospital for regular checkups as in past she was diagnosed with early stage and was cured.She visited Mr Vijay garg , a very known doctor of this hospital for 5 yrs, he never said anything about cancer whether it's Increasing or is there something we need to worry about .In 2020 January she came to know from another doctor in mumbai that she is suffering 4th stage cancer,and now she is no more. Just bcz of carelessness .

Good hospital and helping staff neetika verma, sangam pandey, anita singh, j.s bisht all are very good . Also doctors such as rajeev pant and ds joshi . I would also like to thank rahul rai, lalit singh, ramesh chandra,dk joshi, raju kumar,ajay kumar , ravindra pandey and shaurabh shukla the radiation staff for there kind help.

Worst pathetic money minded doctors n rude staffs no responsibility regarding patients even they didn't give first aid to critical patients instead they said plz do the test then we will treat the patient...worst hospital in Lucknow only maney making is their main moto... even patients life is nothing for them.
