Very bad behaviour of staffs, patient condition very emergency but they behave like casual. The guardian of patients requested too many time for medical report send to sinior doctor but they replied "it's not needed", & every time ignored(For proof I've Call record) .

This is a good Multispeciality Hospital situated very adjacent to Burdwan town. My experience as a patient is very good in deed. On 12.10.2023 my wife, a patient of Rehematic Heart diseases with co-morbidities, had to get admitted in the morning for serious symptoms like sweating, abruptly fall of BP & body temperature , unable to talk and walk etc. followed by head injury on 8th Oct, 2023. Immediately, after completion of some relevant tests they admitted the patient and started treatment within a very short period of time. Blood Test report diagnosed fall of SODIUM resulting imbalances with Potassium. However, the patient became stable within 4 to 5 hours. Proper care was taken by the nursing staffs upto late night and saved the life of my wife. I am grateful to them ! I have noticed the promptness of TPA help desk, admission and billing section. Very bad service. They not allow a cell phone. They not allow to meet patients more then 10 minutes . The not allow a single man to stay with patients. But hospital has offer home service for 500 per night. Reception is very small. I have sastha sathi package but Doctors need extra money 40000 for operation. This hospital's is totally full of broker.

Dr Arunava Chakraborty (orthopaedic) is a lay person. Very bad behaviour, have no patience to listen patient problems. Attitude and arrogance like he is a creator of this universe.Most 3rd class orthopaedic doctor I have ever meet. Kindly if anybody suffer from ortho problem pls don't visit this doctor.

This is the worst hospital I have ever visited. The staffs are very rude and the lack of doctors in emergency ward actually say no doctor is available to attend you. You or your family members will surely die if you come here to treat you or your family members. Please do not visit if you want your life to be saved. Doctors, here are yamraj and staffs are yamdut.

On previous Monday,(26/06/2023)My father got admitted here with heart blockage issue after having 2 heart attacks...Dr.Gourav Bhattacharya has taken care of the problem very professionally,and installed 2 steins in my father's coronary artery...Today he is getting the discharge...i must say,the behaviour of the staffs and doctors are up to mark...my father was a shastha sathi card patient...but still they behaved so humbly...so it's a request to my other fellow patient party,that please behave with the health care staff with extream patient and manner...only then you receivea good behaviour in return....i recommend all near by people to come here for there cardio treatment

Wort experience here, they are least concerned towards patient, staffs are rude, I request you people please don't admit any patient here especially in emergency ward, other wise you will have nothing to loose.
