The place is good for a small group of friends. I don't recommend it for families as for toilet and hygiene. They serve good Indian vegetarian food with delicious desserts. Better to stay away from non-veg or Chinese food. Stuffs are helpful.
What a Photogenic Property! It is 3 Hours Drive away from Mumbai but trust me, it's worth it. No other camping site will provide you the Hospitality that you will get here. they also Help in making your Travel Journey arranged. AG events organizes amazing events here that you can't miss. It's a beautiful lake side camping site with luscious green surroundings. The campsite is so beautiful and great place to hang out. You feel connected to a nature. The campsite is located on Mumbai-Goa Highway 110 Km from Mumbai. The best part about this place is Kayaking and amazing food. Covered with the moonlight, greenery and surrounded by the breeze. It fulfills the expectation of nice camping. A perfect weekend gateway!
A new place and very good experience Loved the management team over their and their hospitality. The tent's were spacious and all facilities from power output to tower fan were available . clean and hygienic bathroom to take shower after going for the kayaking in the river also the food was great A must visit place for weekend
It is onthebanks now ig, a very chill place in the roots of nature with great ambience and decorative vibe , good food with proper dining and tent campsite . Kayaking and swimming in the river is fun and best time to visit is in winters . 9/10
One of my best camping experiences, this place soothes all sorts of tensions one's going through. Even during the pandemic, one can go and enjoy all the beautiful portions of nature here in Campistaan Vakan. The Organising team had put in much efforts so that we could have the best times of our lives. The site is wonderful and a newly opened one in Karjat, having many tents according to one's choice (basic, premium, luxury) along the lakeside where all can go for kayaking i.e (It is distinguished from canoeing by the sitting position of the paddler and the number of blades on the paddle) or can simply swim. High Tea with some pakodas are served, and later, A number of activities pre-planned for us are been executed by the eventing teams. And there's also a piece of music that cherishes the entire environment and finally dinner. Its a must visit place and quite affordable along with the vibes this place gives. The people are quite helpful here. And even you can come here along with your friends or family. I'll be planning my trip pretty soon Hope to see you there .
