Loved my stay here! Very friendly staffs
This place doesn't deserve an single star also Because of the staff behavior the staff misbehaving with the guest & speaking in the way they want don't have the manners to be in hotel line... Troubling the guest in check in process who traveled by long journey & tired when we ask the name from staff to complain he refuse to say the name and said do whatever you want....

experience is Good. cooperative Staff.Hotel 's cleanliness is also good. they gave all basic amenities. very budget friendly. keep in the mind it is not connected with beach.on the main Panjim road side Hotel. near to Miramar. little far away (2.6Km) from Deltin Casino. but advantages is that in front of hotel there is one bus stop.from there can get Bus frequently. in around and up to 1000 Rs Budget it is the finest option For Panjim. peaceful environment.
As per the price, it is a good hotel. Pros - 1 price was less. I got it for around 430 per night in peak season. 2 you can drive 5 mins and sit near sea water. 3 10 mins drive from panjim bus stop Cons - 1 They do not serve food. 2 I couldn't find any water point 3 No one came for cleaning post we took room. I believe it is just one time cleaning 4 Cant say about their service as no one provided us any. But check-in took 45 mins time. This could definitely be improved 5 only one slow running fan in big room. Hence in hot season it is not recommended.
Lovely little place. We are satisfied as we got a great deal ny booking online from Agoda. It was some INR 820 per night. If you book offline it was a little higher The place is small and parking is small too. All in all max. 6 cars can be parked, and out of those 2 will be blocked. The hotel is old style (from 90s) and I think haven't been renovated since then. The service was good and prompt. The caretakers are friendly. I loved the location, as its on the main road. And city, market area and beach are very close. The hotel is just adjacent to the Starbucks. Overall good experience.
Don't go there is no privacy and behaviour is not good and room cost not worth and worst cleaning
It is a property on nearby river not a beach facing. beach is around 300 meter from the stay. it is a semi facilitate hotel not a resort. no facility of resort are available on this hotel. it is okay okay but not soo good. value of the room is not according to the payment taken by them. Room is average. simple facility. not feeling like a hotel. I don't know about the safety measure but the bathroom is not same. windows are open as always, no option to close them. water supply is not good. and other than water supply nothing will be there. towel is not good.
