Very very beautiful retreat. The view is very pretty and you can get a real military experience. Even the sanitation, food and hospitality is awesome! Me and my friends had gone there for an excursion and the hospitality was awesome! The military people made sure we were safe and secure. Absolutely loved it! I definitely recommend that you come here with your family!
It's not value for money for team/family outings. Need to improve the service, food quality, and variety of food, and There are not any indoor and outdoor games fields/courts for playing these types of games. But really appreciate about dog show was very nice and all the guides were doing great work except the management team. Need to improve the management services.
This was my first vacation with my parents and pup. I had heard good things about the place and it met all expectations. The staff was extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make my mother, who has trouble walking, very comfortable. The food was tasty each time. The 2BHK villa I stayed in was spacious and so clean. And the dog bed with sheet and towel for dogs was a cute touch. The garden enclosure was a great place for my 4 month old pup to run freely. I look forward to returning and plan to stay for a longer duration next time.
The location is wonderful and the rooms are equally good. Had a nice stay over the weekend with our little one. But there are few things I would recommend for more better experience. 1. The cost per night is almost similar to that of a 4/5 star hotels, so there are few services that you should match. Providing lotion, moisturiser etc along with unused shampoo and soaps. Only used shower gel and shampoo was provided. 2. All the equipment should be in good condition. The electrical cattle that was provided in the room was broken. These are just few thoughts but I must say, the stay was really good and had great time with family.
Well maintained n efficiently run place. Beautiful locale, surrounded by hills and manicured gardens. We stayed in 2bhk villa with our 2 dogs. Felt like becoming a permanent guest. The villa was extremely comfortable with a small grass garden. One of the best experiences was curated food. Loved the quality and taste and variety. Staff was extremely accomodating especially the room service they provided for my 80 year old mom. Lots of activities for kids n adults to keep busy. Dogs have their own pool and towels, own dining area and sumptuous fresh hot food I am coming here again. :)
Food is average, I had been to this place for a one day video shoot. The ambience is very good, and the conference rooms are excellent. Good greenery and the place is very close to nandi hills. Overall the place is okay and not excellent. It's actually value for money. I recommend this for a day outing. There is a dog camp and pool for pets.
Had a fun one night stay at Vama! The location is beautiful and peaceful. It's a pet friendly place so our dog had A LOT of fun. Very neat and clean! We booked last minute and chose the tents. Didn't love the tents just cause the washroom isn't connected. (Each tent gets an individual washroom but it's not connected to the tent. Going to the washroom at night was a whole effort. The washrooms were very clean and well maintained.) We definitely want to visit again but will opt for the villa or cottage rooms this time around. There is a pool for the doggos and a lot of open space, your dog will love being here! The food was good! There was also a mini dog buffet for the doggos. There are a lot of activities organised to keep everyone entertained including a morning jungle trek. There are cycles available to go cycling around. Fun indoor games are available like foosball, pool, carrom etc. The service was really good. We arrived after lunch time was over but they still served us lunch. The location is beautiful with the Nandi hills in the backdrop. I definitely recommend this place for a super fun and chill staycation!
It was a family trip, first of all stop calling this place a resort, there is no resort vibe. Secondly it's ok this place is pet friendly but why so many stray dogs inside, kids were afraid to even move around, all time stray dogs were sitting in front of the room. No in house kitchen, you can't order food in your room. Meanwhile if you are carrying some food to your room, dogs will chase you. Come on. Exorbitant charges, it will be pretty apt to call this place a Dog place. Weekend perfectly wasted. Big NO
