Excellent place to take your family along. Away from the busy part of the beaches and is very private. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff is good and the food ok. The resort building being a heritage place is another plus. Definitely recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Camp 21, a hidden gem nestled along the pristine shores of Someshwara Battapadi beach. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms here were not only spacious and elegantly furnished, but they also offered breathtaking views of the sun-kissed beach and the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hospitality of the staff was remarkable. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attentiveness and genuine care made me feel valued as a guest. The resort's restaurants served a delectable array of dishes, ranging from local delicacies to international cuisine. The freshness of ingredients and the artistry in presentation elevated each dining experience. They also provide complimentary breakfast. It is a paradise for beach enthusiasts and those seeking a luxurious retreat. The combination of exceptional rooms, top-notch hospitality, delectable cuisine, attentive service, enchanting ambiance, and the awe-inspiring beach view make it a must-visit destination. Came here for a holiday after a hectic week and it was completely worth it. As you enter you find beautiful cottages facing the beach which is the best part of the stay especially buring sunsets .The rooms where we stayed were extremely spacious and aesthetically designed . For dinner we ordered prawns ghee roast that was delicious and ended up ordering again . They gave us complimentary breakfast as well . The staff was super friendly and professional . They also set up a dinner table facing the ocean which was very beautiful and calm to just chill . Overall, my experience was so amazing and mesmerizing, that I am awaiting to visit the place again.

The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. Also staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time.

Had visited Camp21 last weekend. Location was awesome and also the beach was neat. The standard bamboo cottage we booked was pathetic. Found rats in there. Was provided with used toiletries. The main door wasn't lockable from the inside. Had to spend the night fearing of unauthorized entry affecting our personal space. Food was average. Was provided with complimentary breakfast. Staff were polite and helpful. Food overly priced and also the taste wasn't upto the mark. Overall a bitter experience. Won't recommend this to anyone.

This is second time am visiting this property, it was an amazing stay yesterday. You will feel like a private beach with no more crowd. The beach is accessible only to the guest. Mr. Ranjith was really amazing and so accessible for every time. He is one more reason for me visiting this place again. Food is ok not so great, but location and stay was really awesome. Suggest to visit the place once.

I have been here multiple times. But my last visit was pathetic. Not sure if the management has changed. But the condition of rooms were real bad. The walls were all damp and spoilt in the first room which they showed this time around and asked for a hefty price for other cottages. Used to love this place for their beach facing cottages but not anymore. There's trash every where around and in the property. This place has become from a nice decent beach facing stay to garbage now.

It's right at the edge of the seashore. You can sit in the beach till late or all night, no security issue as it is closed from both sides and resort guys are always there. If the sea is rough, high tiding you can't go in water as it's blocked by huge boulders. You can go out of the resort and find open beach sites very nearby. Breakfast was not good, but starter items in the night were awesome. Helpful guys- manager, cook attendants. Just talk to them nicely and they will oblige. Overall good budget resort, ok to experience once.
