I am writing to bring to your attention a recent experience I had at one of your jewelry stores that has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. On 20/10/2023, I visited your jewelry store located at Mavoor road with a friend. We were both excited to explore your gold schemes. However, our visit took an unfortunate turn due to the extremely poor customer service we encountered. While we were browsing, my friend took a photograph of me in the jewelry. At no point were we informed that photography was prohibited, and there were no signs indicating such a policy. To our shock, a staff member approached us and, without any explanation, spoke to us in a rude and condescending manner. Their tone and choice of words made us feel as if we were being treated as second-class citizens. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect a certain level of respect, politeness, and professionalism when visiting a retail establishment. The behavior and attitude displayed by your staff were entirely unacceptable and tarnished our experience at your store.

Good collection of golds and diamonds at decent prices. Excellent hospitality by staff and management. Highly recommended.

Excellent shop in Calicut especially if you are looking for diamond or any other precious stones. The owner, Mr Sabu who is personally available there for most of the time is very knowledgeable about diamonds and other stones. Excellent staff behavior and normally able to get a good discount on MRP prices displayed. Recommend this shop mainly for ornaments with diamond / other precious stones.
