Camilsons Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Colva, Benaulim - South Goa, India

If there was a rating below 1 I would provide that...apart from the direct access to beach nothing is proper in this hotel...no staffs..no room service...no hot water...lizards all around....please.dont stay at any cost in this hotel.

Like the location on the beach but the hotel is very very overpriced. No water, no breakfast, no soap etc provided. TV seldom worked. The restaurant is often closed and has a very limited menu ..the food prices are so so Rooms are quite small. Attitude appears to be "you are lucky to be here". Basically need a scooter to get around as well. I have stayed here a couple of times but it has definitely gone downhill in many respects. I would not stay again. You can probably get better value for the price elsewhere.

Edited NEW: The management approached me and refunded the amount charged for water bottles. They apologized for the inconvenience during the stay. So I'm changing my review. Old comment: I booked this resort for marriage. The rooms are okay. Not the best. The AC doesn't work in some rooms and there's no room service. They don't even provide water bottles. They give 1 bottle for the villa with 10 people. The staff, especially the owner Barta is rude. The service is not good at all. In case you're planning to book this resort, keep in mind that they don't respond well. The location is really good but the service is terrible. It's not worth it.

Very neat and clean. Place is great to stay and food is also awesome but surely needs to improve on service side. Place is highly recommended for longs vacations where you could relax to release stress.

Worst service. They don't care customers. They feel like they gave room for free even after paying unnecessary high prices to them. Ac not working properly,hot water won't be there for bathing 24/7 you have to take cold bath. Room service is worst.

The service is very bad. The management is rude. They didn't provide water in the rooms and the AC, hot water didn't work well. I won't recommend this place at all. The hotel in this location has okay food but the guy takes very long time to deliver.

No minimum facilities are available at the location. Very poor service. Geyser not working properly. They have troubled a lot while check out. Worst experience ever.. Consider other resorts ..
