Good room with good helpful front desk staff. Clean and tidy. But the pool is not so clean and chemicals added to it are allergy causing ones. Breakfast is very good. Dinner served was very tasty though the service was quite slow. An absolute value for money. All over the stay was very good as the staff were very co operative. One should opt to stay here if they intend to visit Alleppey.

Very spacious and luxurious place to have weddings and engagement parties. The staff is quite responsible and efficient at what they do. They customize the decorations as per your needs. Hygienic toilets and washrooms. Very spacious banquet hall room. There's also a hotel right next to the convention center. Such a satisfying experience.

My marriage was conducted at Camelot convention centre. This is one of the best and finest convention centre in alappuzha. Their hospitality is at the best, very pleasing and cooperative team. Spacious hall and parking area, well organised interiors and everything was perfect, location is also easily accessible. Overall had a wonderful experience with them.

Our stay at hotel Camelot was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They are very nice people. Our rooms were spacious and with awesome views of beautiful palm trees and clouds. Bathrooms are clean and beautiful. Toiletries were provided. Room service was great. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was very tasty. Overall it was a great experience

Fantastic location, this! The staff is quite friendly, but the atmosphere is laid back and calm. Making their consumers happy is clearly their first focus because they are knowledgeable and articulate about what they do. Good food is available.
