Worst hotel!! Inpsite of booking the room with express check in, we were told to come at their given time. They told to pay extra charge if we want the room at the same time, even if the whole hotel was empty, "there is no room availability" at the moment was the reason given by the manager. He just wanted us to pay extra charge. He didn't even care about the customer and was rude.
I want to give zero star to the cambay hotel. Worst hotel experience ever i stayed in anywhere else. I paid for premium room service was zero no intercom. In same money i will stay in any oyo for 4 days will be worthful.never book cambay.

First time I visited such a worst n third class hotel which is a black spot on the name of hotel. It's a only stay type room. Rooms are very dirty smell. No cleaning. No kitchen. No water. No staff to do anything. Just a boy on reception. They put a card to make order from outside even a cup of tea. Very rude staff. Never book it. Read review on Google. They are doing some illegal activities too. I am wondering that Google given it 5* hotel category? May be paid to Google. Even you have to take all luggage by you yourself no one staff will help you at all. Shame on you cambay. We check out this hotel on 8th April 2023.
Hotel location is good near by iskon and vaishno Devi mandir staff was helpful.

Worst experience possible . I have travelled to lot of remote locations but this is worst hotel seen . Does not have phones in room no staff no food, no interior and exterior maintenance ,no room key working . Does not provide bills . Out of ,6-7 floor only 4th floor is working as hotel others all are closed . It gives horror staying alone and feels like haunted place.all rooms smell like something died in there .
