I have stayed at various hotels in India, but this facility is amazing at this price. Maybe it was off-season and cheaper. A bathroom with hot water, a rooftop where you can dry your laundry, and a kind owner.

Great place for family,the uncle aunty paulvin Calvin every one is loving and caring.don't spend too much money on star hotels where you miss love and care.best option and walkble distance to beach and all kochin special streets also.

Enjoyed stay for 2 days. Highly recommended. Excellent location walkable distance to Fort Kochi Beach, Bishops House and surrounding Dutch heritage bldgs. Room was big with solar hot water facility. Felt safe. Paid Rs 1,565 (including GST) net for 2 days thru online booking. Cheapest way to reach this place from Ernakulam Junction - From Ernakulam junction reach Ernakulam Jetty (Uber Auto Rs 65) and take a Jetty ride to Fort Kochi (Rs 12 for 2 people including luggage) and then take a cab to this location (Uber Auto Rs 65). I would suggest imdtly hire a bike (I paid Rs 400 for Activa for 24 hrs | 100 kms) from Arafat Bike Rental (Google it) which is close to this location. Highly recommended would be to take a bike rental from station only as it costed us Rs 350 to reach back to Ernakulam junction thru Uber Auto. (We didn't hv time to travel by Jetty after check out). Bike rental is a must as rickshaws r very expensive. Do also visit LULU Mall, Marine Drive and Vyipin Beach House that you can cover in bike rental.

I booked this Homestay via booking.com and the whole process was a hassle free. I stayed for 4 nights and it was a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Located in the prime area of Fort Kochi. Every place is nearby. You can walk and cover the places or can go to the market. The owner is a good person even his family members. Very helpful to guide you regarding tours. They don't provide food (with extra cost). Single room with double bed. Basic requirements provided. Have a common hall with tv and sofa. Wifi is also available with parking. But in my 4 days of stay they never asked for room cleaning or changing of the bed sheet. Dustbin is provided outside the room and a common water can for refilling your bottle.

Host is so rude, feels like punching him then and there. If you want to explore fort kochi peacefully, never ever book this property as it can be a bad nightmare if you stay there.
