I have also bought specs from there and told the staff that I would order for the lens later as I want to confirm about the frame from my parents
But the staff took my prescription of eye power from me and hid it so that I cannot go anywhere for buying a lens, if you don't trust your customers then how do you expect that they will trust you then the whole time I was there He asked me when you are going to come for the lens
It was totally unexpected behaviour
The lenses of these place is just wonderful. My daughter has been wearing it since many years . The stafs are good and there behavior is wonderful. All total a great experience.
