Truly worthy. Ordered chocolate truffle cake. I ordered the item at short notice. They have delivered the item promptly. Even though they got only a minimal time, the cake was so good. The service I got is worth. Customer service was awesome, my order was processed by Mr. Ameen. I personally thank him for making my evening memorable..

I had ordered a cake from CakesKart's website and had chosen for it to be delivered at the earliest possible time as mentioned. About 45mins after placing the order, I got a call from them saying that it would not be possible to deliver at the said time (6pm) as they had a lot of orders for retirement functions - this is totally understandable and I appreciate them for giving me a heads-up about the same. They said they would deliver it by 7.15pm, and definitely no later than 7.30pm. The delivery guy finally came at about 8pm, but then informed that they had made a mistake with order and they had brought the wrong cake! He assured us that they will bring the right one in 5mins as their shop is nearby. The cake was finally delivered at 8.30pm. And every time we contacted them for an update, they said "5mins" like it meant nothing. This could just be my experience, but I was utterly disappointed about the communication from their end and their inefficiency in delivering the order. The cake was good - yes; no doubt in that! But they need to communicate properly to the customers and not take up orders that they cannot fulfill.

I had placed an order for a customised chocolate cake. Design was given to Cakeskart and they did it in the best way possible . We liked the cake quality , the cream they used and also appreciate the timely delivery .

This is my very first experience with CakesKart where initially I was little worried since it was a long distance order placed. But I should thank Ameen Sir who maintained the trust and kept the words. Thank you for getting the delicious cupcakes delivered. It tasted awesome.
