The cake was great as normally tasted like cake waves. However, there were few flies, and it would be good if they keep an insect killer light.

They handle in a very unhygienic way... I was there & saw that thay put cake carrying plastic crates on the floor while unloading from the vehicle and later they started stacking one above another.. I asked don't you think mud on the floor will be failing on the cakes... there was a long silence.. poor guys don't have idea on how to handle the unpacked food products.. . Myself walked out without any argument..
Full disappointment. NEVER visit this place. We have order placed for child's birthday cake on a week before. Owner promised to delivery to the party hall too. But at last moment he said they don't deliver we should come and collect and later when we reached the place they said it'll take another 1 hour. While all our guest were waiting in party hall we were arguing with the staff and they cooly saying we are not responsible talk to other manager.

I order the butter scotch cake today around 2.30 pm and received by 5.30 pm. The cake taste is rough. It does not taste good. I paid 600 rupees for the cake and got the cake which is not worth of 100 rupees. I am disappointed with cake waves. Hereafter, I will never buy any cake from cake waves.
