I ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday and the designing was as good as I expected. By taste also cake was very delicious, everybody loved it. I am very regular customer of this cafe because of it's quality and taste. So overall excellent experience always.
Have been ordering cakes from them since last 4 years and till date their quality is so good. The cakes are freshly made. They taste so delicious. They are open to all customisations and cake designing and the prices are also reasonable. The staff is really sweet. Their bakery snacks are also great. Happy to say that this is my favourite bakery in Lucknow.
The ambiance and food of this place is really Gud, that's why I booked it for my Twins Bday ... the staff is also very supportive, specially a person named Deepak, very humble and understanding . I am deducting two stars because of its manager Tushar and one other unknown staff who made constant pressure on me to pack up just in one hour of celebration inspite 3 days prior booking for 2 hours(4pm to 6pm) with the owner of cafe, which made us upset and spoiled the mood ... but later Deepak( a staff ) handled the situation and apologized on behalf of manager .. this particular incident should be checked by owner and kept in notice for future as it can spoil the hard work of ur Cafe just because of few employees. If not this particular incident then it's services should be rated 5 stars...
