I was searching someone who can deliver my cake n by reading mix reviews,i decided to try over here. I ordered chocolate cake, she designed a fab half kg cake, cake was fresh ,delivered on time,packaging remarkable. I mean to say k kharab nahi hua cake. I found ppl saying about responsibility,i must say she is very responsible,she has a good staff,well spoken ,polite, n very coperative. They know there job very well. Chef Manya you made someones bday rememberable. Kids enjoyed every single bite n it ws very delicious. Thankyou

Service - Good Food - between Average and Good Ambience - Good coz of the decor Low coz of the noise which manager makes during their official meets in the restaurant area where customers also sit. This happens regularly :-/ every time I go there I pray no official meets r happening. I ordered veg quasedillas without raw onions and a cappuccino. Cappuccino was bang on. Great strong coffee. I added a sache of damerera sugar and enjoyed it. Cup handle was too smooth and small for my finger (i am a short slim woman) I feared at every sip that cup will slip away. But it didnt! Thank God for my concentration. Quasedillas tasted fine, nothing too Great, but nothing bad either. They were average. I say average, because these days with all the fancy sauces available in the market, anyone can make better quasedillas at home. Also the quasedillas were gooey, I tried 3 or 4 times to pick them up with my hands. When I failed at it, I asked for a folk and knife. I ordered for a caramel chocolate cake on the next when we pick up and came to home it was pure chocolate cake. It's was totally different cake which I ordered. Secondly they are not accepting their mistake and saying caramel is in diluted form in the cake but it should taste like one and it was not. Too pricy and not worth it at all.
Great place for one to get fondant cakes. Muffins, tarts, cake jars. You name it, they've got it. Thinking about muchies ? Fries Pasta Shakes Pastries Cookies Brownies Waffles Amazing ambience, well behaved staff and most importantly great taste. If in town or thinking about such meal - This is the stop. The place is situated right in the middle of the city and is easily accessible. I ordered some macrons which were quite amazing, and the cakes were nice. The staff was friendly as well.
Tried Blueberry Cheese and didn't find it 10% close to actual cheesecake. The cracker of cheesecake was soggy and the cheesecake wasn't fresh and smooth in texture. Plus the compote on top felt dry. It wasn't worth at all.
It takes around 3 hrs for them to reply your text regarding to place the order evn after seeing your text they will ignore your msg and after all of this still if the costumer is being polite and asking them you could have simply replied in yes or no they reply back they have many costumer to deal with. I small suggestions to you guys if your not free dealing with your store that doesn't mean the costumer is free to sit back the whole day to place a order. Should have increased your staff If your not able to follow up. Aggrogant staff or owner who ever she was.
I was honestly surprised to have such an experience in Agra. The patisserie and the shakes were way better than expected especially the very berry shake and the sandwiches were well made. The manager was quite polite and thumbs up for the decor.
