Cakes are good. Staff is also good. Sometimes you may miss the cake accessories there. I bought four cakes and they did not have cake birthday tags. They 30 minutes to arrange the cake.
I ordered Black forest cake on the occasion of father's day. Packaging was attractive and solid. Cake came in perfect condition. The cake was delicious but the cream portion was too much. I would've rated 5 if a balance of cream and bread had been maintained. Taste: 4/5 Packaging-5/5 Quantity-5/5 Freshness: 5/5 You should give it a try.
I had a very nice experience here. Store manger had given the choice to cut the cake at shop itself. He played anniversary songs and helped to click the pics. Cake was fresh and soft. Everyone liked it. They packed the remaining cake in box with spoons and paper plates. All types of cookies are available here. Decorative items for parties available here. Quality of cakes is very poor. We ordered a birthday cake for my son. It was a two tier cake. Multi tier cakes are bond by a centre stick to keep it in place. They didn't use it resulting in the cake falling apart and spoiling the whole birthday mood. They use oversized box resulting in cake moving in box and making difficult to carry. They lack common sense and basic cake art.
Pathetic and horrible experience. I orders a cake on 19th march 2023 for my son's birthday party which was in Courtyard Marriott's Agra. We chosen avenger theme 1.5 kg cake. But before cake cutting when opened the box it was broken because sticks want fix in two tier cake which is mandatory in 2 tier. Moreover they packed the cake in super oversized box. They have spoiled the day, party. My kid was crying. Can't tell in worlds what we felt on that day. I got it fixed from Courtyard Marriott's chefs and got arranged a cake from their kitchen in a jiffy. But what is more disappointing is they are not apologising and felt bad for us. They said 1.5 kg cake Mein sticks fix nahi hoti. And what about oversized box???? They forced to choose this cake because They don't have moulds for fondants cakes. I m attaching all pics over here. They are insensitive and highly unprofessional.
