Caffeinate and Chill - Cafe in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

We stopped by Caffeinate and Chill randomly out of sheer hunger and it was our first time trying it. The place was 95% empty and barely occupied by a group. The ambience is excellent and it seemed like a great place to chill. We ordered Peri Peri Fries, Cheese Chilli Garlic Toast, Overloaded Cheese Nachos, Veg. Cheese Grilled Sandwich, and Lime Soda. Everything tasted lovely and it was worth it as it is quite pocket-friendly. Their menu is extensive as well which will help you satiate your hunger pangs. However, we were still disappointed with them due to their lousy service. We had to wait for nearly 40 minutes or more for our first food item and the rest of the things got delayed for another 20 minutes in total even though no table was occupied other than one or two. Our overall experience might have been better if their service was on point. To remind the owner constantly about hurrying up put us off on some other level. If this delay was because of one of their "ultra-busy" days of online orders, then they need to buckle up in case the place gets crowded for real. The owner was sweet though. He tried to manage everything well but it seemed like the setback was immovable. Their food items and rates are decent but they need to work finely with their customer service. The less points are only for the dissatisfaction caused to us. Otherwise, it is a promising place to hang out with your friends.

Good food, good service. 1. Food: 4/5 Coffee is good, carries the authentic taste. Food presentation is also fine. It's good on quality and quantity. Tiramisu Latte is a must try. 2. Ambience: 4/5 Place is little small but seating is quite comfortable to chill with group of friends. 3. Service: 4/5 Staff is courteous, polite and professional. The owner of the cafe himself takes out time to get feedback from customer.

Good place for coffee and chit chat. Quite spacious with distinct corners for people preferring solitude. Good taste of coffee and sandwiches.

I had an iced mocha, the coffee wasn't the best coffee i had, it's a decent place though. The shakes are good enough.

Caffeinate and chill is my chill spot.i visit this place often coz it has the best ambience to work n chill at the same time.it also serves the best delicacies in town.taste of food and drinks is quite amazing.also the hospitality of staff is adorable.
