I was really impressed with the place. Dogs have a huge space to play, a decent sized pool. More than all of this, the owner, Ms. Shruti Rathnakar, is hospitable. I like her simplicity. If anyone is looking to board their dogs, this is the place. They receive a lot of love here.

One of the best boarding in Bangalore. They have huge play area and pool for the pets. This was recommended by my friend and since then we have boarded our baby Mufasa for more than 5-6 times . He is so happy and playful once he is back which was missing in his initial boarding with other places . They take very good care for each and every pup and send daily videos which is such a relief seeing everyday. The best part is that they have pickup and drop facilities. They always give bath before dropping off. A huge thanks to Shruthi, Karthik and their entire team for making pet parents go for a tension free vacation.

As far as our experience it's the best !! Our pet Leo stayed der for almost 8 months we are surprised that he s too healthy and become fit as he was suffering kidney abnormalities!! We are amazed to see der dedication and natural way of treating pets !! It's the best nature boardings as I have seen!!

We are so thankful to Shruthi, Karthik and the entire staff at cafe de perro for taking care of our Tickles (lab, 8 yrs). They are true animal lovers who genuinely adore pets and care after them as their own. Our pet tikki loves it there and we feel at peace knowing he is in really good, caring hands when we are out of town. The last time when we were out of town, our pet had a medical emergency and Karthik and Shruthi went above and beyond to take care of our Tikki and make sure he got urgent attention and the best medical care. We are truly grateful to them for stepping in and helping us as we were outside the country and couldn't travel back in time for the surgery. Thanks again Shruthi and Karthik!!

Excellent service...nice location and infrastructure with enough play area... they have taken care of our pet lucky for 4 days..punctually videos were shared which made us happy and relaxed since lucky was enjoying and playing... we highly recommend this place...

Great place for dogs. They have huge open space to play around. Place is neat and clean. Thank you for all the staff for taking good care of my pet.

They don't take care of dogs well.. they just keep the dogs in open and unattended. My puppy got a bruise on his nose and these guys dint even care to inform us. If you question them they will put all the blame on you and your dog. Shruti is quite rude and says that this will happen again and they cant take care of it..its your dog not their..its just a business for them.strongly not recommended... Update: we cancelled any future booking for our dog and it wasnt from your side..so stop publishing lies on public platforms that you dont want to keep him..also if my dog had so much of problem then why did you take him..your brother told us that his behavior is completely normal for a puppy and he made many promises to us so first know your own words and then put the blame on parents...just by putting reviews as spam you cant run away from what you do...

My two dogs Timmy(Dachshund) and Daisy(Labrador) were in Cafe De Perro for more than four months due to relocation. We got a very reasonable monthly rate from them. Shruthi and her brother took care of our dogs really well. They fed them really well, gave them bath and kept them very happy. Me and my family were very happy to see daily video updates of our dogs really enjoying their time there. Daisy had a lot of fun socializing with other dogs while Timmy required a lot of emotional support and that was taken care of by the Cafe De Perro team. So we had peace of mind until we were ready to relocate our pets. Shruthi and her brother were very sincere in their money dealings, helpful in local pet transportation to and from home and everything. They have tie-up with vets who can come and treat the dogs. But as per our request , Shruthi coordinated with our vet Dr.Venugopal who visited them for vaccinations, microchipping etc. He too mentioned that they were being taken care of really well at Cafe De Perro.
