They say filter coffee but its not even close. 240/- for a absolutely tasteless coffee. 2 stars is for availability and reasonable service.
The only place in Chennai Domestic Airport where we can get tea/coffee for Rs20/-. Had a tea today. It was very good. Great taste and great initiative by Cafecino

Good for Commuters, being in Airport premises too costly.. But worth it with no other options available.
Nice cafe for last minute time pass while waiting at the gate. Just located in the side of gates 16 of bus gate, easy to access and pass time. Good ambience and good place to work on laptops. Most useful when your flight is delayed in the last moment but you reached the gate.
Not so great.... could have been better. Quality not worth the price's
The lady at the bar, Nanthini, was insensitive to say the least- was taking her own time in doing irrelevant things with people in the queue. No eye contact, no communication- a zombie feel. Being in a position serving customers, this is never expected out of such a person. If it was a temporary mask, wishing she recovers well. The menu is overpriced, like any other eatery at the airport, so no particular complaints on that. The food is decent.
Customer service itself is so so. just here for getting a delicious coffee 20Rps.
