I went there for the first time and found that the place is quite nice. The staff is very helping and welcoming. I tried some shakes and that were really refreshing. The ambiance of the place is good but yet there is a lot of scope to improve it. The walls particularly look little empty. They need to put some attractive stuff there. Book selves are an extra help. My 5 star rating is particularly based on the way they go extra mile for the customer. I asked for half a shake for my 3 year old niece, believe me they readily accepted it without any hassle. I have never visited a place which accepts this kind of request and serve you half a shake to save some of your pennies. Really, much appreciated!

One of the best Cafe shop in Srinagar at the best place. Visited the cafe many times every time i receive the best service with lots of love if you are looking for cafe go for Cafe x highly recommend. Staff was very cooperative & interior was also good.

Worst place ever. Tasty is ugly. This place used to be nice but, i visited the place today. Interior hasn't been renovated since years. Place has not been cleaned. It's dusty, dust is everywhere. Food taste is worst.

For Two Months me and my Team visited this place and it was wonderful Experience. We were here for our Project #Taarukk Talk Show. My Nephew loved the Pizza by Cafe X. A wonderful place decorative and creative by Sufi Hassan who owns this beautiful Place.

Ordered this chilli chicken lava. Could have been better but i could taste chilli more and burger was not properly made.. would have given 1 star but ambiance is couple friendly

Amazing service with the best view! Our main purpose was a comfortable place with a good view and good food and we found it. The staff was super nice, attentive and helpful. We ordered some spaghettis for kids and ice teas and mock-tails. Food was well prepared and well presented. Gilbert served us from the start and was a star. Really appreciate the efficiency as food came on time for the hungry kids. Thank you so much for making it a memorable evening
