Their kitchen is full of rats and cockroaches.that was a most unhygienic place to have food i don't understand why food safety department is not cancelling their licence I've got sick from eating their
Food they don't use fresh fish all of them were smelling so bad
I've also filled a case against them on the food safety and health departments website if you still have doubts in your mind just ask them to show their kitchen before ordering the food
I liked the food & gives authentic taste of north with good portion & reasonable rates. Also the owner is very humble & kind lady. I liked her approach & positive behaviour towards customer. Overall it was very good experience.

Seating arrangement is at the 1st floor where there is no backup power supply in case of power cuts..
Service is super slow. The waiters do not know what's there in the menu or doesn't recognize different meal types.
4 wheeler parking is quite difficult.
Thali price is quite high and they do not serve all the items listen in the menu.
I personally will not visit this place unless am forced without choices!!

So on the 30th of March I placed an order at 11:14 pm on swiggy worth rupees 752 and was shocked to receive food which didnt even suffice two people correctly. I have shared images of the pracel I recieved from the delivery agent, which was intact and sealed, from this restuarant, however the food quantity they sent was shameful.
I mean, how can you'll loot people like this. Should'nt they make justice to the money they receive and offer equal amount of food?
This restuarant is onr of the biggest disappointments in Panjim.
I have ordered a veg combo and they served me a Nonveg combo, I told them to change the order once again they served nonveg food, that hurts my sentiments because I am a pure vegetarian. Pathetic experience, recommend not to order food from cafe vrushali.

But received only 8 small pieces. Please don't buy from this people. It is very expensive.
