Beautiful ambience, comfortable seats and soothing emvironment. But the service is really bad. We ordered pasta, which they serve in 25 minutes. Same for other orders too. Also, the staff is not very cooperative. We used to shout to call waiter. Even the taste of dishes was not good as per the price.

Food is nice and atmosphere is good. But service is bad and one Important thing they charge 5% extra on total bill for their staff and made it mandatory which is very unfair.

My visit was marred by their mandatory service charge, subpar service, and lackluster food. First and foremost, Cafe Terazza's decision to impose a mandatory service charge goes against government regulations in India, which clearly state that such charges should be optional. This not only disregards the rules but also places an unnecessary financial burden on customers. Moreover, the service quality left much to be desired. The staff exhibited a lack of courtesy and professionalism, and the service was painfully slow. It felt like they were disinterested in attending to customers promptly. The most significant disappointment was the food itself. Dining out, one expects a certain level of taste and quality. Unfortunately, Cafe Terazza's food fell short of these expectations. It lacked flavor, freshness, and overall appeal. As customers, we value transparency, choice, and quality when dining out, and these aspects were sorely lacking during my visit. I hope Cafe Terazza takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to adhere to government regulations, provide better service, and enhance the quality of their food. For now, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Review mainly based on food quality: Ordered sizzler: the rice was uncooked. Overall wasn't tasty given the cost. Ambience: good. The lights hanging above shines to much in the eyes, makes you difficult to see the sky above. Service : the waiter ,even though having a work load, was doing really good.

One of the best rooftop cafes in Indore. The food here is delicious and the quantity is ample. Serves soo many options in Chinese, Italian along with Indian. Quote expensive but worth it. Best ro enjoy your evening with loved once. You can have the best view of Indore over here cause it's on top notch of the city.

First of all your waiters, three different types of colour but no one has time to listen us, My family was with me and we were celebrating birthday silently. About food- hot and sour soup was good We asked the order taker to differentiate between white kaju kari and spicy red kaju masala kari and then only we ordered kaju masalaa the spicy one but what we got is sweetened kaju curry which shall not be the case but it was even after discussing alot, The paneer Tikka sizzler was one among the main disastrous food served to us, who put rice in the paneer Tikka sizzler and only 4 paneer pieces were in it just for the namesake. We asked for 10 tandoori rotis and it is understood thing that the whole 10 rotis must not be served simultaneously but one among 3 colour dress person gave us all 10 rotis in one go, hence we have to eat hard rotis not so warm too, the hardest tandoori rotis ever.

This rooftop cafe has nice ambience. Place was giving warm n pleasant vibes at the time we visited. Food was super delicious and staff was really good. We'll maintained cafe would recommend to visit. Instagramable place too
