It's the worst tea and chicken cutlet I've ever had. Giving 2 star just because of the tea(water). The place is classy n good, well maintained and good customer service too. But food tastes don't live up to the mark. Asked for a chicken cutlet n got the deep fried item shown in the picture. It's too oily and could taste the used oil grease, it's not fresh. The only nice thing was the custard.

It's a decent place. The food is good , the service is fast. It has the usual mogulai food. Taste is fine. I went on a public holiday so was not very busy.

Best tandoori chicken biryani, tandoori chicken masala, russian kabab, mutton seekh kabab masala, served here. Today we had chicken cutlets and mutton keema both were nice but keema is ok

A very economic, pocket friendly resturant with a variety of choices of food items from Chinese to moghlai, from delicious desert to snacks, bergers etc. The food items are upto the mark and very delicious. The normal waiting time for food is also considerably small .

It was an absolutely bad experience dining here. The food was very disappointing and the "vinegar" provided to us was simply a bowl of water with a few chillies floating on top, the "red chilli sauce" was a coloured mixture of corn flour and water and the "soy sauce" was just a coloured bowl of water. When we confronted them about the same, they added a slight bit of vinegar in the same bowl of water and brought it to us. They had no scruples as to apologise for the same.

Good food. Chicken Mumtaz and Chicken Crispy and butter garlic naan are worth a try.

I recently dined at Cafe Metro at Marine Lines, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. We ordered Chicken Chilly, Butter Chicken, and Roti, but there were several issues with our meal. Firstly, we ordered Chicken Chilly assuming it was boneless, but to our surprise, there were bones in it. When we inquired, the staff assured us it was boneless, which was misleading. The Butter Chicken was a letdown in terms of taste. It lacked the rich and flavorful taste that we expected from this dish. To make matters worse, the Roti was served at the beginning of the meal, well before our main courses arrived. By the time our main dishes were served, the Roti had become hard and unappetizing. Furthermore, the staff seemed clueless about the dishes they were serving, and there was a noticeable lack of proper management. Overall, our experience at Cafe Metro was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend dining there. Ambiance at this place was really worst. Being one of the known restaurants in Mumbai they should maintain their standards.

Terrible food. They serve water with chopped green chillis along with chicken Schezwan fried rice. Soya sauce is just a synthetic coloured water and Schezwan sauce is a coloured corn starch sturry in cooked form. Fried rice was though hot but dry and bland. They have no shame or regrets when brought these to their notice. They said, 'we cater to customers preferences'. I wonder who wants to have the above accompaniment.
