Worst experience ever....portion size is not as per expectations... Services are poor... We ordered large America pizza and this was the size we got... And the taste was disgusting... Moreover, they couldn't solve the problem or do some kind of changes... The staff was rude and didn't behave properly... The quality was not as per the price charged by them... No jug of water or even paper napkins were given.
Taste was not good as earlier . Slightly disappointed with quality and service. Needs so much of improvement . Experience was not satisfactory.
Good tasty food. Nice ambience. Cleanliness can be improved. Editing review after many visits. I thought of giving benefit of doubt when once or twice ny order was late, but it was eternity every time you order. On Sundays it is madness. Service is pathetic... It is too costly as per the standard of service

Cafe Maple is first theme cafe in Ratlam. The Cafe Maple is only one roof in town for Lovely ambiance, Delicious in test, Best in quality, Great hygiene maintenance. Respect for customers & value of your money and your valuable time. Obedient with customers. Very helpful staff. You can get great suggestion from reception. I love it and daily going there to spend time. It is only one place in the town to go and spend your time with your family with your friends with your colleagues and others. Because there atmosphere is comfortable for any age group. They have feedback wall to get your feedback & update accordingly. Make sure to provide your valuable feedback. Cafe Maple located at Heart of the town.
Their large pizza is as large as a loaf of bread. Wont recommend this to anyone. Try bakers launge for better taste and service.
