Cafe House 29 - Cafe in Kasrawad, Arihant Nagar - Khargone, India

Considering that this cafe is recently opened and is a first of its kind in this locality, I will give positive criticism in a detailed manner so that the owner can make some improvements. 1. The sitting arrangement is quite good with a decent environment. 2. Staff behaviour is polite and they are attentive. 3. Now food part. I ordered a paneer capsicum pizza + mint mozito cocktail. So I m gonna give my opinion based on these two items that I tasted here. a. The preparation time is too long. I have to wait almost 25 mins. for my order when there was no rush in the cafe. Also I got my mocktail after I have finished half my pizza which is a very bad gesture. All the items ordered by a customer must be delivered to him simultaneously. b. The pizza crust was overcooked. It was hard. The crust was very thin as well. c. I didn't see any cheese in my pizza although it was present there just for taste. Whether it's a cheese burst pizza or non cheese burst the cheese must be present in ample amount in the crust. d. The size of pizza was very small. Although it looked beautiful . The pizza Was cut into 8 pieces which is very non professional. Ideal pizza has only 4 pieces. This not only makes the pizza look beautiful but also is more satiating. The pizza doesn't look to justify the amount which I paid for it. e. Although the paneer was cut into very fine pieces which looked good but the capsicum was very minimally present. f. The straw that was given with mocktail was very cheap and didn't function properly. You should give at least a sturdy straw otherwise there is no point of serving in those glasses. All in all, it's a good initiative for people who live here from different places and crave for their city's delinquency. Keep improving And keep becoming better

If you are going for Pizza then make sure you are comfortable with the base. They use readymade Pizza base (they don't make it on a dough). I ordered a Tomato Pizza and a Onion Pizza. Both of them were nice as per the place and the taste was fine too, but I felt like it had a lack of cheese, which should be present in a ample amount. Also since it was made on the bread, I didn't liked it much. Cafe internal design was great though.

Service is very slow.although they take too much time. And sandwich is really not for pallete taste.somehow pizza was okay but sandwiches are way ordinary
